Georgetown Cocktail Bar & Lounge

Undergraduate Capstone Project

Georgetown Cocktail Bar & Lounge is for young adults in the DMV area, specifically those that reside near Georgetown. The space is divided in half to separate the cocktail bar from the lounge, providing two different experiences for the guests. There are open spaces for dancing and movement, private tables for conversation, and multiple bars for socializing. The first floor is designated towards promoting casual social interactions by including sofas, occasional chairs, and a spacious bar. The second level provides more standard seating options to make the experience more formal and intimate. Georgetown Cocktail Bar & Lounge will provide young adults with a new social outlet in the DMV area.

All floor plans, sections, and elevations are hand rendered. Interior renderings were created using MidJourney, an AI website that creates images based on a prompt given by the user.

See article below for details on my process work using MidJourney, as well as my Science and Engineering Research and Design Showcase poster board.
